Description - Description: The Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Liège wishes to acquire equipment for characterizing low-temperature fuel cells, suitable for analyzing the performance of single-cell “PEM” (Proton Exchange Membrane) cell s. The equipment must at least be able to measure the usual performance of single-cell PEM cells of 25 cm² (i.e. determination of the polarization curve), for powers up to 50 W, at temperatures of 70 to 100°C and under controlled humidity of the feed gases. It must also allow the acquisition of diagnostic data such as (i) determination of the active catalytic surface by cyclic voltammetry, (ii) determination of internal resistances by impedance
