Description - Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Road Traffic Centre East (hereinafter referred to as the Client) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of assistance for the maintenance of signal plans, as well as the pre paration and entry of signal plans on new facilities, in STS (Siemens traffic management system) with a supplier. The framework agreement applies to the Road Traffic Centre East, but can be used by other sections of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
