Description - The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (the “CRU”), with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, directed EirGrid under Regulation 28(10) of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, in its capacity as the Tr ansmission System Operator, to secure the delivery of c. 450MW of emergency temporary generation.
